Christian Buze is an Arizona native, mentor, founder of The Rise Group. Christian is the creator of Reforged, a groundbreaking curriculum built to transform lives through discipline, structure, and stoic principles. With lived experience and years of mentorship, he developed Reforged to dismantle destructive habits, reframe mindsets, and empower individuals to rebuild their lives with clarity and strength.

Through The RISE Group’s transitional living houses and a strategic partnership with the Life Coaching 4 Success Center, which operates three valley-wide locations, Christian delivers practical tools and mentorship to support reentry success. His programs focus on housing, job readiness, mental resilience, and mentorship—ensuring participants gain the stability and structure needed for long-term success.
